I definitely recommend. We wanted two cheap bedroom carpets to get the house ready for sale. We were given good advice and offered cheap carpets with no pressure or up-selling, and as it turns out the carpets look and feel great. We needed to stagger the fitting to allow for decorating and they couldn't have been more helpful with scheduling dates. The fitting was carried out very professionally and quickly, and the fitters were polite and helpful. Overall the experience was easy and hassle free, the price was very reasonable and it's good to support a local independent business too.

So Happy !! From quotation through to completion fantastic service. A very pleasant experience given that we were recarpeting our occupied house from top to bottom. Rob the Estimator was so helpful along with Gavin in the store everything scheduled and delivered in an agreed phased approach nothing was too much trouble. The fitters Jude, Joe and Paul all seasoned professional carpet fitters directly employed by Carpetzone ( no subbies ) were polite on time and hard workers. To cap it all they were cheaper than competitors for the same product. Well done and thank you - a very satisfied customer

I 100% recommend Carpetzone Park Gate. It’s a great store , loads of flooring samples to choose from and their customer service is friendly, efficient and professional. Initially, Gavin visited me to measure up which I was grateful floor as he pointed out that my choice of carpet wouldn’t fit properly under my shutters. He recommended an alternative which was almost identical in colour and fitted perfectly. The fitters, Alex and Jude arrived well within their allotted time, they were very hard working, friendly and obviously enjoyed working with Carpetzone. My two bedrooms look superb. A huge thank you to Gavin, Alex and Jude for an exceptional service. I wish you all well 👍🏻👍🏻
